Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at Services@mrscasacleaning.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We proudly service the Greater Daytona Beach area, including Port Orange, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Holly Hill, New Smyrna Beach, and Edgewater. If you are unsure if you are within our service range, feel free to reach out and ask!

To give you the best possible clean, we ask that you clear the kitchen sink of dishes and remove clutter (toys, paperwork, etc.) from surfaces. This allows us to focus on deep cleaning rather than moving items.

For your health and safety! To prevent the cross-contamination of pet dander, allergens, or dust between different homes, we use your vacuum. Please ensure it is out and in good working order when we arrive.

Absolutely! We love animals. However, for the safety of your pets and our team, we ask that they be secured in a crate or a separate room during the service. Please note that a standard pet fee applies to all households with pets to cover additional sanitation needs.

We know life happens! We require 48 hours' notice for any changes. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% service fee to help protect our team’s schedule.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Debit/Credit, and ACH. Please note that we do not accept checks. A $50 late fee applies to any invoice unpaid after 48 hours.

At Mrs. Casa Cleaning, we clean your property like it is our own. If we ever miss a spot, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to reclean that specific area at no additional cost to you.
