​To give you the best possible clean, we ask that you clear the kitchen sink of dishes and remove clutter (toys, paperwork, etc.) from surfaces. This allows us to focus on deep cleaning rather than moving items.


For your health and safety! To prevent the cross-contamination of pet dander, allergens, or dust between different homes, we use your vacuum. Please ensure it is out and in good working order when we arrive.


Absolutely! We love animals. However, for the safety of your pets and our team, we ask that they be secured in a crate or a separate room during the service. Please note that a standard pet fee applies to all households with pets to cover additional sanitation needs.


We know life happens! We require 48 hours' notice for any changes. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% service fee to help protect our team’s schedule.


Payment is due upon completion of services. A $50 late fee applies to any invoice unpaid after 48 hours.


What payment methods do you accept, and are there any fees?

At Mrs. Casa Cleaning, we want to make the process as simple as possible! We use Square for all our secure invoicing and contracts.


Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit cards. Please note that a 3.3% processing fee is automatically applied to these transactions.


​ACH Bank Transfer: If you’d like to save a little, you can pay via Bank Transfer through your invoice for a significantly lower 1% fee.


​Cash or Check: We also accept traditional cash or checks with $0 fees.

​Why the fee? As a small family-owned business, these fees are charged by the payment processor to keep your data secure. By offering multiple ways to pay, we give you the choice to pick the option that best fits your budget!


At Mrs. Casa Cleaning, we clean your property like it is our own. If we ever miss a spot, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to reclean that specific area at no additional cost to you.


That is a great question! At Mrs. Casa Cleaning, our rates reflect the fact that we are a professional, fully insured S-Corp, not just a casual service. When you pay for a clean, your investment is divided to cover:

​Insurance & Protection: We carry full liability insurance and operate under professional exemptions to ensure you are never at risk if an accident occurs on your property.
​Professional Grade Supplies: We provide all high-end equipment and professional supplies—saving you the cost and hassle of providing them.
​Fair Wages & Taxes: We believe in fair pay for our family team and handle all state and federal tax obligations.
​The Family Guarantee: Unlike large agencies, you get the same two people every time. We clean your property like it is our own, and we stand by that with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.


Yes. To ensure we can provide our high standard of equipment, insurance, and travel for every home, we maintain a $100 service minimum.
