Designed for recurring clients (weekly/bi-weekly). Focuses on "high-touch" surfaces.

Kitchen: Wipe exterior of appliances, clean stovetop, sanitize countertops/sink, and wipe exterior of microwave.

​Bathrooms: Sanitize toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, and mirrors.

​All Rooms: Dust accessible surfaces (tables, nightstands, shelves), empty trash, and quick-dust window sills.

​Floors: Vacuum all rugs/carpets and mop all hard floors.

​Note: We do not move heavy furniture or hand-scrub baseboards in a Standard Clean.

Our "Reset" service. Recommended for first-time clients or every 3–6 months.

​Baseboards: Hand-wiped or detailed to remove dust and scuffs.
​Vents & Fans: Dusting of all ceiling fans and air intake vents.
​Doors & Frames: Wiping away fingerprints and dust from doors and door frames.
​Light Switches & Outlets: Sanitized and detailed.
​Dusting: Includes higher surfaces and "knick-knack" detailing.
​Windows: Dusting of blinds and interior window sills.

Top-to-bottom cleaning of an empty home to make it "turn-key" ready.

​Everything in Deep Clean PLUS:
​Cabinets & Drawers: Inside and out of all kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.
​Closets: Shelves and floors detailed.
​Pantry: Shelves wiped and sanitized.

​Note: Does not include interior oven or fridge unless added separately.

Dust, dust, and more dust. This requires a "top-to-bottom" approach because fine dust settles for days.

​Ceilings & Walls: High-dusting and wiping down walls to remove drywall dust.
​Cabinetry: Vacuuming and wiping out the inside of all cabinets, drawers, and tracks (construction dust gets everywhere).
​Hardware: Polishing all hinges, knobs, and plumbing fixtures to remove paint or plaster splatter.
​Windows & Frames: Scraping stickers, cleaning tracks, and washing glass (inside/out).
​Floors: Double-vacuuming and double-mopping to ensure no grit is left behind.

​Desk Areas: Sanitize desktops (if cleared), keyboards, and phone handsets.
​Common Areas: Sanitize water coolers, coffee station counters, and vending machine buttons.
​Trash & Recycling: Empty all bins and replace liners (very important for offices).
​Restrooms: High-frequency sanitization of stalls, sinks, and urinals.
​Glass: Spot-cleaning entry doors and partition glass to remove fingerprints.

Staging, sanitization, and looking "brand new" for the next guest.

​Linens: Stripping beds, washing, drying, and remaking with "hotel chops" (neat tucks).
​Kitchen: Checking inside the microwave, toaster, and coffee maker for leftover crumbs/grime. Emptying the fridge completely.
​The "Staging": Arranging pillows, towels, and toiletries to look like the listing photos.
​Damage Check: Taking a quick photo and reporting any broken items or stains to the owner immediately.
​Essentials Restock: Refilling toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and coffee pods.

Note: We will restock all guest essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, coffee, etc.) using the supplies provided by the host in the owner’s stock closet.
