Windows & Frames: Scraping stickers, cleaning tracks, and washing glass (inside/out).
Floors: Double-vacuuming and double-mopping to ensure no grit is left behind.

Desk Areas: Sanitize desktops (if cleared), keyboards, and phone handsets.

Damage Check: Taking a quick photo and reporting any broken items or stains to the owner immediately.
Essentials Restock: Refilling toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and coffee pods.
Note: We will restock all guest essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, coffee, etc.) using the supplies provided by the host in the owner’s stock closet.

To protect our team and your home, we do not: move furniture over 25 lbs, clean biohazards (mold/pet waste), or use ladders higher than 2 steps.
Standard Cleanings assume the home is in "maintained" condition. Excessive buildup may require an upgrade to a Deep Clean.
